I have suffered the worst insomnia since I was 16, now 55. This sleepy time elixir is an absolute godsend for me. About a half hour before bed, I make myself a little cocktail of Cran Pomegranate juice and sleepy time elixir and in no time I can feel those sleepy sensations and I crawl into bed and drift off to sleep. I don't wake with a headache or a hangover and the taste is great. I love that you can choose your own dose with the liquid and I always keep my cabinet stocked with Squier's Sleepy Time Elixir. Thank you for this amazing product.

I absolutely love all the Squiers Elixirs products but I'm definitely partial to their Blackberry Lavender Sleepy-Time mixer. It tastes light and delightful whether I drink it alone, in a cup of chamomile tea or on ice. I highly recommend!!
