Our Story

Squier’s Specialty Elixirs was founded by chef Zack Squier - a food and beverage expert with over 17 years in the restaurant industry and a lifelong passion for bold flavor, real ingredients, and doing things the right way - even when it’s the hard way.

Zack started working in restaurants at 13, opened his first one at 22, and spent the next decade-plus building a career rooted in hospitality and craft. But behind the scenes, he always had a deep respect for cannabis—whether it was helping someone with pain, sleep, anxiety, or simply offering a better, more intentional way to unwind.

In 2019, after years of long hours in kitchens and a growing sense that the cannabis products on the market didn’t reflect the standards of a chef - or a conscious consumer - he started something new. Late nights in a rented kitchen turned into a mission: to create infused products that were clean, functional, and actually tasted good.

What began as a savory-focused edible project has evolved into Squier’s Specialty Elixirs, a premium infused food and beverage company dedicated to raising the bar for cannabis. Our lineup includes sparkling seltzers, bottled cocktails, drink mixers, and real-fruit gummies - each one chef-crafted and infused with solventless cannabis extracts, functional cannabinoids, organic agave, real fruit, fresh-squeezed citrus, and natural prebiotics.
