AL, AZ, AR, CA, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, IA, KY, ME, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WV, WI, WY.

Our products—crafted with real fruit and natural cannabinoids—are formulated to offer a better-for-you experience and are shipped discreetly and securely to ensure quality on arrival.

We are also available in retail stores in Massachusetts (MA) and Maine (ME).

If your location is not listed, we are not authorized to ship hemp THC products, cannabis beverages, or infused gummies there at this time due to state regulations.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products—including consumable items like THC-infused seltzers, cannabis gummies, and edibles—we do not accept returns for items purchased online. Any returned product sent without prior authorization will be discarded upon receipt.

At our discretion, we may request a product be returned. If so, we’ll issue a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send it back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Issues & Lost Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your gummies, infused beverages, or other cannabis products are damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

In the event of a lost package, we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement under certain circumstances after an internal review and carrier claim has been initiated. Replacements are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on gift cards or digital products.
